Updates: One Glance is All You Need

At Nqoodlet, we believe that financial clarity shouldn’t be hard to achieve, it should be the starting point for every small and medium business. That’s why we’ve introduced a new feature on the My Cards and Wallet dashboards, giving you a glance to track all company spending with just a few simple steps, all from one place. We’ve also updated the sidebar for easier navigation and control.

This gives your finance team and decision-makers a complete view of every transaction, across all cards and card programs, in a single, easy-to-use interface.

A Smarter Sidebar for Faster Navigation

We redesigned the sidebar in both the “My Cards” and “Wallet” pages to improve clarity and simplify your workflow.
You’ll now see a new horizontal row of smart tabs at the top, letting you quickly switch between:

  • Active Cards and Wallets: View all currently used cards and wallets.
  • Archived Cards and Inactive Wallets: Everything no longer in use now has a dedicated place.
  • Glance Feature ✨: A tab that gives you a comprehensive financial overview across both cards and wallets.

A Full Picture in a Few Clicks

When you access the “My Cards” or “Wallet” dashboards, you’ll now see a new sidebar tab called “Glance”. From here, you can:

  • Review all card transactions, across currencies and programs.

  • Filter by specific cards, programs, or custom date ranges.

  • Export detailed statements grouped by currency and card.

Whether you’re managing a single card or dozens, this feature gives you a full financial picture of your company’s spending.

What’s New in My Cards?

When you enter the “My Cards” page, your default view will be “My Cards Glance”, a dashboard split into two sections:

Top Section:

1. Currency-Based Summary

If you hold cards in multiple currencies (e.g., SAR and USD), the dashboard shows a summary for each currency used this year, including:

  • Total current balance
  • Total expenses
  • Total funds loaded into cards
  • Number of active cards per currency

This lets you instantly understand your financial position, how much has been spent in each currency, and how many cards are using it.

Bottom Section:

  1. Transaction Table with Advanced Filters
A smartly structured table that groups:
  • Expenses, declined transactions, refunds, deposits, and requests, just as you’re used to, but now consolidated across all your cards.

Need specific data? Apply filters for:

  • One or more cards
  • Transaction types
  • Custom time ranges (default is the last 30 days)

This helps you get audit-ready, review records, or handle reconciliations, all within moments.

What’s New in the “Wallet”?

When you enter the “Wallet” page, your default view will be “Wallet Glance”, a dashboard split into two sections:
Requests and Transactions across all wallets.

The “Glance” tab is also available in the wallet page sidebar, just like in the cards page, giving you a detailed view of all company-wide operations and requests under card programs:

  • A comprehensive table of transactions and requests

  • Advanced filters including card programs

  • A unified time filter that applies across the entire dashboard
