What is Expense Management?

Expense management is how businesses take control of their expenses. It covers everything from tracking and approving employee spending to paying and auditing costs. This includes things like business travel, online subscription, office supplies, and more. At Nqoodlet, we make it simple for companies to manage, monitor, and optimize every Riyal spent.

Is Nqoodlet a bank?

Nqoodlet is not a bank. We partner with licensed banks and financial institutions to provide our services. Nqoodlet is a business spending wallet that helps companies manage, control, and track their expenses easily and securely.

Will Nqoodlet integrate with our accounting software?
Currently, Nqoodlet does not support direct integration with accounting systems.
However, you can easily export your data in Excel format and use it within your accounting software.
What types of expenses can I track with Nqoodlet?

You can track all company expenses, including digital subscriptions, office supplies, petty cash, advertising campaigns, business trips, and government payments and more.

Is there a mobile app for Nqoodlet?

Our mobile app will launch soon. For now, you can access Nqoodlet directly from your phone’s browser using our web app, it’s fully optimized for mobile and offers the same experience.

Does Nqoodlet offer training for new clients?

Yes, our customer success team provides onboarding and training to help you get started quickly.

Cards and Payments

Do Nqoodlet offer credit cards?

We do not offer credit cards currently, but it’s something we’re looking at for the future.

How do I issue an employee a card?
You can easily issue a Nqoodlet card for your employee through the Nqoodlet platform by adding the employee’s details and issuing the card instantly. A virtual card is available for immediate use, with the option to request a physical card for later delivery.

How to transfer money to Nqoodlet wallet?
You can transfer money from your whitlisted company’s business account to your Nqoodlet wallet using the provided virtual IBAN as a local transfer. For more details read this article: [Link]
Is the transfer to my Nqoodlet consider international transfer?

No, it is a domestic local transfer

How can I transfer money to Nqoodlet cards?
You can fund Nqoodlet cards by first transferring the amount to the Nqoodlet wallet from the company’s approved business account using the virtual IBAN as a local transfer. Once the funds are credited to the wallet, the amounts can be allocated directly to employee cards and used according to the assigned permissions.

How long does a bank transfer take to benefit from the amount?
If the transfer is made before 11:00AM, the transfer will be received on the same day during working days, and if the transfer is made after 11:00AM, the amount will be received  after four hours or on the next day  during working days.
Can I use Nqoodlet cards with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Currently, Nqoodlet cards cannot be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, but we’re working to make this feature available in the future.

Can I withdraw money from cardholder balance?
Yes. You can through withdrawing the money by clicking the withdraw money to the company balance
Does Nqoodlet support multiple currencies?
Yes, Nqoodlet supports 13 different currencies including The Saudi Riyal, all GCC currencies, the US Dollar, and the Euro, providing companies with flexibility in managing expenses across multiple markets, with plans to support additional currencies in the future.s.

Where are our funds held?
Every time you transfer money to the provided IBAN, the funds are held securely at our partner bank. This ensures that only authorized parties can access your money.
